Weekly Lessons
Each program consists of weekly individual lessons from September to June. Lessons break with the public school calendar and are not offered in July/August.
Performances
Students participate in public performances in their first year! These may include studio recitals, festivals, Christmas visits to long term care homes, and group classes.
Age-appropriate
Programs are curated for different age groups and needs, so every lesson offers true engagement. Students under 8 study the Suzuki method. Students over 8 start with a balance of technique, musicianship, reading, theoretical understanding and personal expression. Teenagers may have a specific interest, or university students may need theory tutoring ior want to study composing. Adult learners are welcome and encouraged!
