Good studio policies are vital to a professional teaching environment. Parents know what to expect and the teacher can focus on sharing their love of music.
Nifty Notes is a tuition-based studio with a no make-up lesson policy and unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for lesson rescheduling for any reason.

Fees
The first 2 months of lessons are non-refundable.
Notice of lesson withdrawn must be given a minimum of one month in advance.
If a student withdraws after April 1st, no further fee refunds will be given.
Lesson Withdrawal
Lesson times are fixed for the academic year and cannot be changed.

Studio Etiquette
The nature of learning an instrument requires a great degree of focus on physical control of the hands, arms and body. Things such as posture, hand position and arm position may sometimes require physical contact to ensure good technique is developed. Any concerns about physical contact in the lesson should be discussed with the instructor. We aim for a respectful, safe environment for everyone.
